SPRING CONCERT NEWS

Choreography and rehearsals are being conducted in all classes.
We need perfect attendance to make our performance worthwhile.
There are no classes Memorial Day Weekend, Sat. May 24th through Mon. May 26th.
Extra rehearsals and performances make up our full June tuition.
Classes will be held as usual June 19-21 to conclude the Spring Term.

Saturday, June 14th RUN THROUGH REHEARSAL
10:00-4:00pm All Ballet and Modern numbers (schedule breakdown TBA)

Sunday, June 15th Father’s Day NO REHEARSAL

Monday, June 16th 1:00-9:00pm Coppelia Dress Rehearsal on stage at PCC Sylvania (schedule breakdown TBA)

Tuesday, June 17th
3:00-6:00pm Tap and Jazz Rehearsal on stage at PCC Sylvania
7:00pm Coppelia Performance on stage 7:00pm

Wednesday, June 18th
3:00-6:00pm Rehearsal on stage at PCC Sylvania
7:00pm Performance of tap, jazz, modern, Cinderella, Flamenco and selected Coppelia numbers

General Admission Tickets $12: Available online at www.pacificfestivalballet.org on the side bar labeled “online ticket sales” or in The Studio Office. Dancers do not need to purchase tickets in order to watch the show. When they are finished performing they can change into street clothes and then they may go and sit in the audience with their family. When purchasing tickets online please wait for a confirmation bar code to be printed, this is your ticket! Looking forward to a wonderful concert! 
  

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

Putting on the spring recital takes a lot of work. We need volunteers to help out in the following areas:
•Chaperones
•Ushers
•Box Office Help
•Picture Day (June 13th) help
•Costumes

With your support, the recital will be a success. Over the next several weeks, we will be calling parents and asking for their assistance or, if you are interested in helping out in any of these areas, you can contact:

If you are unable to help out in these areas, but still want to contribute to the success of the spring recital, please let us know who you are and what you want/can do to help out. There are many areas where help is needed and appreciated and everything helps make the recital and the academy a wonderful experience for all of the dancers and students.
